How It Works:
Glow In The Dark products are a form of photo-luminescence, meaning they only glow when exposed to photons (lights). The paints used in this collar have glowing pigment suspended in them- which makes them glow! Due to their unique crystalline structure, these substances absorb the photons of light, and very slowly emit them, creating a glow that can last for hours.
